针对环境保护对滩涂地区及海洋钻井的特殊要求,优选出钻井液配方力5%建平土±0.3%NaOH+0.3%Na_2CO_3+0.5%海水造浆粉+0.25%MMH+0.4%NPAN(0.25%XY-27)+3%KH-931+3%SMP-Ⅱ+2%—3%RT-001+2%塑料球+3%超细碳酸钙,并对其抑制性、触变性、稳定性和毒性进行了综合评价。介绍了该钻井液在葵1-2、葵1-3、葵12和金秋2井的现场使用情况。并以葵12井为例介绍了海水基MMH钻井液的维护使用情况。结果表明,该钻井液抑制性能好,携砂能力强,可抗180℃高温,而且其中的处理剂均无毒无荧光,钻井液配制、处理方便易行。
Aiming at the special requirements of environmental protection on the mudflat areas and offshore drilling, the formula of drilling fluid is preferably 5% Phosphating ± 0.3% NaOH + 0.3% Na_2CO_3 + 0.5% Seawater + 0.25% MMH + 0.4% NPAN XY-27) + 3% KH-931 + 3% SMP-II + 2% -3% RT-001 + 2% Plastic Ball + 3% Superfine Calcium Carbonate and its inhibition, thixotropy, stability and Toxicity was comprehensively evaluated. The drilling fluid in the Kwai 1-2, Kwai 1-3, Kwai 12 and Jinqiu 2 wells on-site use. Taking the well Kwai 12 as an example, the maintenance and usage of seawater-based MMH drilling fluid is introduced. The results show that the drilling fluid has good inhibition performance, good sand carrying capacity and high temperature resistance of 180 ℃, and the treatment agent therein is non-toxic and non-fluorescent, and the drilling fluid is prepared and processed conveniently and easily.
