作者报导5例丛集性头痛患者用利多卡因溶液滴鼻治疗,获得满意效果。其中男4例,女1例,年龄24～70岁,病期为2月至5年。每次头痛发作持续30～180分钟。1例头痛发作为双侧性,不伴植物神经症状;4例为单侧发作伴植物神经症状(结膜充血、流泪、鼻充血、流鼻涕、睑下垂及瞳孔缩小)。5例者均以硝酸甘油0.4mg舌下含化1小时内(平均32分钟)诱发头痛发作,共10次。头痛特点与程度与自发性发作相似。
The authors reported 5 cases of cluster headache patients treated with lidocaine solution intranasal treatment, with satisfactory results. Including 4 males and 1 female, aged 24 to 70 years, the duration of 2 months to 5 years. Each episode of headache lasts 30 to 180 minutes. One case of headache attack was bilateral with no symptoms of autonomic neuropathy. Four cases had unilateral seizures with autonomic symptoms (conjunctival congestion, tearing, nasal congestion, runny nose, ptosis and miosis). Five patients were sublingual nitroglycerin 0.4mg within 1 hour (average 32 minutes) induced headache attack, a total of 10 times. Headache characteristics and extent similar to spontaneous seizures.
