对于输电线路中绝缘子和线路的损伤放电问题,利用人工判断十分困难。通过多旋翼无人机携带可见光/紫外光双通道紫外成像仪来进行近距离检测,运用紫外成像对放电电晕产生的特征光谱和特征形态来判断对应部位是否正常工作。首先利用紫外成像仪进行巡线飞行获取视频数据;其次通过软件剪辑特定光谱图像并进行关键部位处理;最后通过单位区域内放电光子个数来判定对应设备有无异常。通过在实验室模拟和现场实际测试可以看出,利用紫外成像可以较准确的确定产生异常的输电线路和绝缘子,从而起到提前修复和维护的效果,在一定程度上保证了电网的安全运行。
For the transmission line insulator and line damage discharge problem, the use of human judgment is very difficult. Through the multi-rotor UAV carrying visible / UV dual-channel UV imager for short-range detection, the use of ultraviolet imaging of the characteristics of the discharge corona spectrum and characteristics to determine whether the corresponding part of the normal work. First of all, video data is taken by patrol flight with ultraviolet imager; Secondly, specific spectral images are edited by software and processed for key parts; finally, the number of discharged photons per unit area is used to determine whether the corresponding equipment is abnormal. Through the laboratory simulation and field test, it can be seen that the use of UV imaging can determine the abnormal transmission line and insulator more accurately, which can be used to repair and maintain in advance and ensure the safe operation of power grid to a certain extent.
