区别于其他教育,高职教育的核心是培养技能型人才,这决定了其要更加重视实践教学。而校内实训室作为实践教学的主阵地,其建设程度直接影响了高职文秘专业实践教学成效,是高职教育发展的重点。然而事实上,受多重因素的影响,高职文秘专业校内实训室建设问题层出,难以满足学生全面发展需求。本文在对高职文秘专业校内实训室建设现状作出简要分析的基础上,重点就高职文秘专业校内实训室建设策略进行了研究。
Different from other education, the core of higher vocational education is to train skilled personnel, which determines that they should pay more attention to practical teaching. As the main position of practical teaching, the training room in school has a direct impact on the practical teaching effectiveness of secretarial major in higher vocational colleges, which is the focus of higher vocational education. However, in fact, under the influence of multiple factors, the problems of construction of training rooms in higher vocational secretarial schools are difficult to meet the needs of all-round development of students. Based on a brief analysis of the status quo of the building of practical training rooms in higher vocational secretarial schools, this paper focuses on the research on the construction of practical training rooms in higher vocational secretarial schools.
