Gastric cancer is the highest incidence and mortality of gastrointestinal cancer in China. Invasion and metastasis is the most important biological behavior of malignant tumors, the most important reason for postoperative recurrence and death in patients. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the related factors that affect the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer and to seek the molecular biological factors that can accurately determine the invasion and metastasis potential of gastric cancer. This article focuses on the expression of fos related antigen-1 (Fra-1), extracellular regulated rotein kinases (ERK), urokinase plasminogen activator (uPA) , Urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor (uPAR), matrix metalloproteinases-9 (MMP-9), tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase- 3, TIMP-3) and other gastric invasion and metastasis-related factors in the process of invasion and metastasis.
