管碟法的基本原理是以扩散为基础的量反应平行线法,是我国现阶段通用的抗生素生物检定法。对管碟法测定抗生素效价试验中,影响测定结果的因素进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决办法。
The basic principle of tube plate method is diffusion-based quantitative reaction parallel line method, which is the common antibiotic bioassay method in our country. In the experiment of determining the antibiotic potency by the plate-tube method, the factors influencing the determination results were analyzed and the corresponding solutions were put forward.
