目的识别、分析建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,评价危害程度,确定职业病危害类别,从职业病防治角度评估建设项目的可行性,为建设项目的设计提供必要的职业病危害防护对策和建议。方法综合运用类比法、检查表法及经验法进行分析评价。结果该建设项目在生产过程中存在氮氧化物、一氧化碳、臭氧、锰及其无机化合物、电焊烟尘、氧化锌、其他粉尘、盐酸、硫酸、氢氟酸、三氧化铬、可溶性镍化合物、氨、硝酸、磷酸、硼酸、氰化物、甲苯、二甲苯、三氯乙烯、环己酮、丙酮、乙酸丁酯、氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、噪声、高温、紫外线、工频电场等职业病危害因素,该拟建项目属职业病危害严重的建设项目。结论该项目在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害是可以预防的,从职业卫生角度分析该项目是可行的。

Conclusion The occupational hazards that may be generated during the production of this project are preventable. It is feasible to analyze the project from the angle of occupational health.
