我国社会主义市场经济地位的确立和不断发展以及医院改革的不断深入,对医院财务管理提出了更高的新要求,医院只有不断加强财务管理才能适应新世纪的激烈的市场竞争环境。本文从加强医院财务管理的必要性出发,分析了我国目前医院财务管理存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策,以达到发挥医院财务管理作用、提高医院经济效益和竞争力的目的。
The establishment and continuous development of the socialist market economy in our country and the continuous deepening of hospital reform have put forward new and higher requirements on the hospital’s financial management. Only by stepping up financial management can the hospital adapt to the fierce market competition environment of the new century. Based on the necessity of strengthening the financial management of the hospital, this paper analyzes the existing problems of the hospital financial management in our country and puts forward corresponding solutions to achieve the purpose of giving play to the hospital’s financial management and improving the hospital’s economic benefits and competitiveness.
