时光流逝,岁月如歌,不知不觉中我已经在教育这片沃土中走过了一年。这里既有成功的喜悦,也有失败的遗憾,但我最大的感受,却是充实。班级管理,是一项非常琐碎的工作,它不仅需要教师的爱心、耐心与细心,更需要教师的创造精神。因为,班主任是一群与心灵打交道的人,面对的是几十个活生生的、充满活力的学生。有这样一件事情,虽然不大但却深深地印在我的脑海里,因为它让我看到其实班主任也有判断失误的时候,师生间的理解才是教育成功的秘诀。
Time goes by, time passes, and unknowingly I’ve been through the fertile soil for a year. Here are both the joy of success, but also regrettable failure, but my greatest feeling, it is full. Class management is a very trivial task. It not only requires the love, patience and care of teachers, but also the teachers’ creativity. Because, class teacher is a group of people who deal with the mind, facing dozens of living, dynamic students. There is such a thing, though modest but deeply imprinted in my mind, because it shows me that in fact the teacher in charge has also made mistakes in judgment when the understanding between teachers and students is the recipe for education success.
