院里的对外合作交流中心就项目申报与管理办了一期研讨培训班,结业时让我讲几句话,以示院里的重视。我讲了如下的三层意思:第一,怎样“看”项目。即如何看待项目在出版传媒企业中的地位和作用。以我的观察,好多地方或单位对项目的作用还没有足够的认识和重视,好多地方或单位开始重视项目了,但也只是停留在要“项目”等于要钱,不要白不要的层面上。其实真正的搞产业、求发展,是以项目为依托的。搞产业、求发展

I said the following three meanings: First, how “look ” project. That is, how to treat the project in publishing media enterprises status and role. In my opinion, many localities or units do not have enough understanding and emphasis on the project.
