关于河北省宁晋县１７名干部，７名个体户“结义”的事件，许多新闻媒体做了报道。但笔者认为仍有议论之必要。笔者认为，该“事件”涉案人员置党纪、政纪于不顾，受到处分确属咎由自取。问题在于：要是他们不“结义”呢？──即没成立“友协”，不打印“结义”书，不以兄弟而?
About 17 cadres and 7 self-employed individuals in Ningjin County, Hebei Province, “knotted” events were reported by many news media. But I think there is still discussion of the need.
