利用氢氟酸(HF)腐蚀石英光纤法制备出微纳米光纤,并研究了微纳米光纤的光学特性.实验中,利用CCD和数据采集卡,对腐蚀中的石英光纤进行实时监控.结果发现,微纳米光纤的光功率损耗随直径的减小,而呈指数增加.通过OptiFDTD软件模拟微纳米光纤的电场矢量分布,发现随着直径减小,微纳米光纤的倏逝场越来越强.当微纳米光纤的直径与输入光波的波长相近时,光波几乎只沿着光纤的表面传播.结果表明,微纳米光纤具有制备简单、尺寸小、倏逝场大等优良特性,在传感器等领域具有很好的应用前景.
In this experiment, we use CCD and data acquisition card to monitor the corrosion of quartz optical fiber in real time.It is found that the optical properties of the micro- The optical power loss of the micro-nano fiber increases exponentially with the decrease of the diameter.With OptiFDTD software simulating the electric field vector distribution of the micro-nano fiber, it is found that the evanescent field of the micro / nano fiber is getting stronger with the decrease of the diameter. When the diameter of the micro-nano fiber is similar to the wavelength of the input light wave, the light wave propagates almost along the surface of the fiber. The results show that the micro-nano fiber has the advantages of simple preparation, small size and large evanescent field. Good application prospects.
