选用遗传差异较大的加强型甜玉米自交系 6份做杂交亲本 ,按Griffing方法Ⅰ遗传交配设计配制组合 ,并对部分杂交组合做自交和回交试验 ,研究甜玉米含糖量性状的遗传。结果表明 :含糖量性状的遗传属于数量性状遗传 ,符合加性—显性遗传模型 ,加性效应对甜玉米含糖量性状的表现起主要作用 ;含糖量性状的遗传力较高 ,早代选择是有效的 ;在选配高含糖量的杂交组合时 ,双亲的含糖量必须都高 ,至少用做杂交组合的双亲之一应是高含糖量的 ,但应注意随着杂交组合含糖量的增加 ,单株青穗产量却随之下降
Six hybrid inbred lines of enhanced sweet corn with large genetic difference were used as the hybrid parents.
