近日,中宣部、国家新闻出版广电总局发出《关于严格规范党报党刊发行工作严禁报刊违规发行的通知》。《通知》强调,严禁以党报党刊名义搭车发行或利用行政权力摊派发行其他报刊。由各级党组织负责征订的重点党报党刊是指《人民日报》、《求是》杂志、中央办公厅《通知》中明确规定参照执行的报纸、地方党委机关报刊。其他各类报刊包括党报党刊所属子报子刊均不得列入
Recently, the Central Propaganda Department and the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television issued the “Notice on Strictly Standardizing the Dispatch of Party Newspapers and Periodicals Is forbidden to Issue Non-Compliance Newspapers and Periodicals.” The “Circular” emphasizes that it is strictly forbidden to issue other newspapers and periodicals in the name of Party newspapers or in administrative exercises. The key party newspapers and periodicals that are ordered by the Party organizations at all levels are those newspapers and local party newspapers and periodicals that are explicitly prescribed in the “Notice” of the People’s Daily, the “Qushi” magazine and the Central Government Office.
