本法在四川红旗柴油机厂方法基础上,对偶氮氯膦Ⅲ直接光度法测定球墨铸铁中稀土总量的掩蔽效应和显色反应,进行了一些试验探讨工作。我们用EDTA、NTA、草酸掩蔽铁(Ⅲ)、钛(Ⅳ)、钒(Ⅴ)、铝(Ⅲ)、钙(Ⅱ)、钍(Ⅳ)等共存离子,采用过氧化氢、苦杏仁酸消除较高含量钛的干扰,并提出了用无水乙醇提高方法灵敏度及用过氧化氢增高稳定性。通过一些标准样品的测定,证明本法灵敏度高、选择性好、受温度影响小、结果稳定。适合于普通球墨铸铁和铜钼、钒钛等合金球墨铸铁以及低合金钢中稀土总量的测定。它和偶氮氯膦Ⅲ在结构上极为相似,其差异就是用-PO_5H_2基代替了-AsO_3H_3基,并在偶氮的对位上
Based on the method of Hongqi Diesel Engine Factory in Sichuan Province, this experiment conducted some experiments on the masking effect and color reaction of total phosphorus in ductile iron by chlorophosphonazo Ⅲ direct spectrophotometry. We used EDTA, NTA and oxalic acid to mask coexisting ions such as iron (Ⅲ), titanium (Ⅳ), vanadium (Ⅴ), aluminum (Ⅲ), calcium (Ⅱ) and thorium (Ⅳ) Higher levels of titanium interference, and proposed the use of anhydrous ethanol to improve the sensitivity of the method and the use of hydrogen peroxide increased stability. Through the determination of some standard samples, this method has been proved to have high sensitivity, good selectivity, little influence of temperature and stable result. Suitable for ordinary ductile iron and copper molybdenum, vanadium and titanium alloy ductile iron and low alloy steel in the determination of the total amount of rare earth.
