以“红富士”苹果为试材,研究套袋和不套袋对果实品质、耐贮性和农药残留的影响。结果表明:不套袋苹果可溶性固形物含量比套袋苹果提高1%,达到显著程度;果实硬度方面,二者差异不明显;除着色面积、光洁度等外观品质套袋果优于对照外,其它风味、口感等内在品质,以及果实在贮藏期间的硬度、可溶性固形物和失重率等果实耐贮性特征方面,不套袋明显优于套袋;果实的农药残留量没有明显差别,有机磷、有机氯和菊酯类农药均未检出。套袋果实的外观品质好于不套袋;但不套袋果实的内在品质和风味,以及耐贮性等方面显著优于套袋果实;且不套袋果实的农药残留量并没有超过质检标准。
The effects of bagging and bagging on fruit quality, storability and pesticide residue were studied using “Red Fuji” apple as test material.
