根据溶液培养试验从Azucena×IR64的DH群体中选出对铁毒抗性、敏感品系各5个,研究不同基因型水稻过氧化物酶(POD)活性与其对铁毒抗性的关系.试验结果表明:各品系叶片POD活性与其对铁毒耐受能力具有正相关性,抗性品系的POD活性高于敏感品系;抗性和敏感品系POD活性诱导程度与铁吸收量分别表现正相关和负相关.说明POD在水稻抗铁毒中起着重要的作用
According to the solution culture test, five resistant and susceptible strains were selected from the DH population of Azucena × IR64 to study the relationship between the activity of peroxidase (POD) and the resistance to iron toxicity in different genotypes of rice. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between the activity of POD and the tolerance to iron toxicity in the leaves of each strain, while the activity of POD in the resistant strains was higher than that of the susceptible lines. The degree of induction of POD activity in the resistant and susceptible lines was positively correlated with the iron uptake Negative correlation.
