Ｉ Ｃ Ｄ－ １０ 在保持了 Ｉ Ｃ Ｄ－ ９ 的结构框架及编码分类原则的基础上做了一些改动，使其内容更加丰富、完善。同时也更加强调了 Ｉ Ｃ Ｄ的统计目的，扩大了 Ｉ Ｃ Ｄ 的应用范围。
Based on the structural framework of I C D-9 and the principle of coding classification, I C-10 made some changes to enrich and improve its content. At the same time, the purpose of I C D statistics is more emphasized and the scope of application of I C D is expanded.
