Objective To explore the effect of prenatal health education on maternal production process and delivery outcome. Methods 134 cases of childbirth women, according to random number table divided into control group and observation group, 67 cases in each group. The control group maternal use of routine care, the observation group on the basis of routine care to strengthen prenatal health education. Observation of two groups of nursing efficacy. Results The duration of the second stage of labor and the second stage of labor in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group. The rate of maternal birth was higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the rate of cesarean section was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was 2.99%, lower than 7.46% in the control group. The incidence of neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was 4.48%, which was lower than 16.42% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups P <0.05). Conclusions Preoperative health education has a significant effect on the delivery process and delivery outcome of maternal women and has high clinical value.
