一、酸枣资源 酸枣为鼠李科枣属植物酸枣(Zizyphus jujuba),以其种仁入药,名酸枣仁。 酸枣适应性强,对土壤要求不严,但一般在微碱性土壤中生长较好。在安徽主要分布在宿县和滁县地区。据调查,宿县地区仅肖县皇藏区6个公社就有酸枣14000亩,其中庄里公社就有4000多亩;滁县地区6个县的30个山区公社均有野生酸枣资源分布。其自然分布山场面积约10万亩,其中全椒县三合公社约有野生酸枣林3200亩。可见安徽的酸枣资源是十分丰富的,生产潜力很大。

The natural distribution of the mountain area is about 100,000 mu, of which 3,200 acres of wild jujube forest is located in the Sanhe commune of Quanjiao County. It can be seen that the resources of wild jujube in Anhui are very rich and have great potential for production.
