针对龙煤股份公司鹤岗分公司富力煤矿275滑移支架放顶煤工作面的煤层赋存、地质条件及工作面开采的实际情况,采用两巷喷碹及碹内注灰、注阻化剂、采空区注氮及利用新型防灭火材料等技术对煤层自然发火进行了有针对性的预防。工作面开采期间虽然出现自燃征兆,由于措施采取得力,消除了煤层自然发火隐患,保证了工作面安全回采,同时对同等条件下采用滑移支架放顶煤开采的煤层自然发火防治有着重要意义。
Aiming at the occurrence of coal seam, mining conditions and working face mining of 275 slip-support caving coal face in Longli Coal Company Hegang Branch of Fuli Coal Mine, , Nitrogen injection in the goaf and the use of new fire-fighting materials and other technologies to prevent spontaneous combustion of coal seam. Although spontaneous combustion signs appear during the working face mining, due to effective measures, hidden danger of spontaneous combustion of coal seam is ensured, and safe mining of working face is ensured. Meanwhile, it is of great significance to prevent and control natural spontaneous combustion of coal seam by using caving support caving mining under the same conditions.
