With the continuous development of integration of urban and rural areas, in recent years, in order to solve the employment problem of left-behind women, Zaozhuang City has been actively organizing the technology of staying behind in women’s studies and increasing its ability to find a way forward. At present, there are more than 4,000 left-behind women who are employed by enterprises in the park at their doorsteps, making every effort to keep home workers working.
