本文阐述了真空自耗电弧炉用紫铜坩埚纵向及周向焊缝的超声波探伤方法,并对流水式探头用于紫铜坩埚焊缝探伤中的有关技术问题进行了讨论。设计制作的大直径焊接坩埚专用探头,为这种产品的质量评价,提供了可行的方法和手段。
In this paper, the ultrasonic flaw detection methods of longitudinal and circumferential welds of copper crucibles in vacuum consumable arc furnace are described. The technical problems of the flow water probe used in flaw detection of copper crucibles are also discussed. Designed for large-diameter welding crucible probe for the quality of this product evaluation provides a viable method and means.
