前一阵子,某些传媒机构不惜版面,一吹再次“下海”之风。殊不知我们生活的现实社会有一种特性——爱搞“一窝蜂”。“海风”吹过了头,硬把“下海”吹成了一种时髦。其热潮一浪高过一浪,给社会各界带来了很大的影响,引起了许多思索,对音乐界的冲击和震荡也不小:不少中青年音乐表演艺术人员留职停薪,改行经商;少数人趁文艺体制改革尚未完善之机,占尽国家便宜,工资照拿、不辞而别;有的白天在单位混日子,晚上去歌舞厅搞“第二职业”;许多人无心搞艺术,一门心思想着如何“下海”捞几个。音乐界人才流失现象严重,社会音乐生活中的种种不正常现象令人担心,音乐事业的前景让人忧虑!
