日前,全国人大常委会对于我国《老年人权益保障法》的修订工作已经完成,该法此次修正草案增加了“精神慰藉”等内容,并倡导和鼓励子女应常回家看看。对此,本文即尝试通过马克思主义人权观、马克思主义需求观两个角度来探讨增加“精神慰藉”内容对于保护我国老年人权益的益处。
Recently, the NPC Standing Committee has already completed the revision work on the “Law on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the Elderly” in our country. The draft amendment added “spiritual comfort ” and so on. It advocates and encourages children to go home regularly. In this regard, this article attempts to explore the benefits of increasing the content of “spiritual comfort” for the protection of the rights and interests of the elderly in our country through two perspectives: Marxist human rights and Marxist needs.
