在知识经济时代,智慧资本将成为金融业的灵魂。决定银行业竞争优势的关键因素,将从传统的机构网点数量、存贷款业务规模等转为对金融知识开发、创新与有效运用的程度。知识管理既是对银行拥有的“智力资源”进行有效的开发和管理,又是对银行管理过程的知识化变革与创新,为银行业深挖金融知识背后的经济价值提供了可能的途径。本课题对农业银行部分员工个人知识管理能力进行问卷调查,了解农业银行员工个人知识管理的现状,并联系农银大学岗位职业轮训的实际,提出建设农银大学知识管理体系的可行性建议。
In the era of knowledge economy, intellectual capital will become the soul of the financial industry. The key determinants of the banking industry’s competitive advantage will shift from the traditional number of institutional outlets, the scale of deposits and loans to the level of development, innovation and effective use of financial knowledge. Knowledge management not only effectively develops and manages “intellectual resources ” owned by banks, but also makes knowledgeable changes and innovations in the bank management process, providing a possible way for banks to dig deeper into the economic value behind financial knowledge. This topic surveys the personal knowledge management ability of some of ABC’s employees to understand the status quo of personal knowledge management of ABC staff and puts forward the feasibility suggestion of building knowledge management system of ABC.
