目的为了保证在医用直线加速器发生故障时能够尽快判断故障原因,减少停机时间。方法介绍Varian 6EX直线加速器出现YLD联锁故障时,将有可能出现的故障逐一排查,直至找到故障所在。结果经过逐一检查,发现闸流管故障是出现YLD联锁的最终原因。结论在检测高压内部器件是否正常工作时,可借助示波器观察高压脉冲电流的波形,若波形确有异常,则可判断是闸流管故障。
Purpose In order to ensure that the failure of the medical linear accelerator can quickly determine the cause of the malfunction and reduce downtime. Method Introduction When a YLD interlock failure occurs in a Varian 6EX linear accelerator, the possible faults are checked one by one until the fault is found. The results after checking one by one, found that the thyristor fault is the ultimate cause of YLD interlocking. Conclusion When testing whether the high-voltage internal device is working properly, the oscilloscope can be used to observe the waveform of the high-voltage pulse current. If the waveform does have abnormalities, it can be judged as a thyristor fault.
