语言与身体的联系是语言唯物主义研究的基本问题之一,反映了当代马克思主义语言哲学的新发展。在马克思主义语言哲学传统中,梅洛—庞蒂、勒赛克尔、杰姆逊、德里达等人都强调了语言的身体性。通过考察语言与生物学的身体、现象学的身体、体验的身体、性欲的身体及劳动的身体之间的关系,指出身体是人类语言经验的基石。语言是劳动身体的一种实践形式,在能动的感性活动中,语言的物质性和精神性统一在特定社会历史的具体身体之上。语言及其历史也是在人类的身体之中和不同身体之间运转的,必然受到人类身体状况的影响,体现人类身体的喜怒哀乐,语言文化实践、权力关系、社会历史也印刻在了劳动的身体之上。
The connection between language and body is one of the basic problems in the study of linguistic materialism, which reflects the new development of contemporary Marxist language philosophy. In the Marxist language and philosophical tradition, Melo-Ponti, Lachsecker, Jameson, Derrida and others all emphasize the physicality of language. By examining the relationship between language and biological body, phenomenological body, experiencing body, libido body and working body, we point out that the body is the cornerstone of human language experience.
