每次参加美术教研活动,同行们讨论最多的是:每堂美术课四十分钟的课堂时间不够用,学生太调皮了不好管,课堂教学效率不高,效果不好,等等。这些问题其实我们每位美术教师多少都思考过,也想了一些办法,比如教师少讲一点,学生多画一点,或一课时分两课时上,等等。从时间上或学生作业内容上看似乎好多了,可总感到问题没解决到
