目的:从刺梨中提取刺梨多糖,将其与铁(Ⅲ)合成多糖铁复合物(RPC),建立RPC中铁含量的测定方法。方法:热水浸泡法提取刺梨多糖;在碱性条件(pH=8.0),刺梨多糖水溶液与三氯化铁反应合成制备刺梨多糖铁RPC,邻菲罗啉分光光度法测定RPC中铁(Ⅲ)的含量。结果:RPC为红褐色的无定型粉末,RPC中铁(Ⅲ)的含量为23.30%。结论:为刺梨多糖铁口服补铁剂的研究提供了基础。
OBJECTIVE: To extract polysaccharides from Prickly Pear (Rosa roxburghii) and synthesize polysaccharides with iron (Ⅲ) to determine the content of iron in RPC. Methods: The polysaccharides of Prickly Pear (Rosa roxburghii) were extracted by hot water immersion method. The Rosa roxburghii polysaccharides were synthesized by the reaction of prickly pear polysaccharide aqueous solution with ferric chloride under alkaline conditions (pH = 8.0) Ⅲ) content. Results: RPC is a red-brown amorphous powder with an iron content of 23.30% in RPC. Conclusion: This study provides the basis for the study of iron supplementation with prickly pear polysaccharides.
