对于工程项目管理来说,成本管理与合同管理是项目工程管理中的重点内容,同时也是核心内容,二者之间有着不可分割的关系。科学完善的合同管理能对工程建设起到相应的约束作用,并降低施工中的风险,提升企业经济效益。本文主要对工程成本管理中的合同管理作用进行了详细的分析。
For project management, cost management and contract management are the key contents and the core contents of project management, and the two are inseparable. Scientific and perfect contract management can play a corresponding restraint role in the construction of the project, reduce the risks in construction and enhance the economic benefits of enterprises.
