本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对唐山市广场体育的基本情况以及广场体育的具体开展情况进行调查分析得出结论:唐山市广场人群活动具有多样性和性别差异性;有70%的人表示对广场中得体育设施建设完善度不满意;广场体育锻炼人群锻炼的目的呈现出多样化的趋势,增进健康和休闲娱乐是锻炼人群的主要动机;在唐山市广场参与锻炼的人群中活动的形式比较分散、不集中,大部分以个人为单位进行体育活动锻炼,没有统一的活动组织团体和项目,不能形成较为集中的团体活动。
