目的探讨焦炉逸散物对作业工人某些生化指标的影响。方法对某焦化厂86名生产工人和35名非接触者进行了末梢血某些免疫指标的测定,收集班后尿,并收集个人信息,使用碱水解-高效液相色谱法测定尿中1-羟基芘。结果 尿中1-羟基芘浓度呈炉顶>炉侧>炉底>对照组的趋势,与外暴露呈显著相关性(r=0.727,P<0.001);焦炉工血清中TNF-α水平明显高于非暴露人群,P<0.001;IgE水平略高于非暴露人群,P=0.05;焦炉工尿1-羟基芘水平与血清中TNF-α呈弱相关(r=0.316,P<0.001);血液检测发现焦炉工白细胞计数和血红蛋白含量均显著高于非暴露组,P<0.05。结论焦炉逸散物可致作业工人细胞免疫和体液免疫指标的改变。
Objective To explore the influence of coke oven fugitives on certain biochemical indexes of workers. Methods A total of 86 production workers and 35 non-contact workers in a coking plant were tested for some immune indexes in peripheral blood, urine was collected after class and personal information was collected. Urinary 1- Hydroxy pyrene. Results The urinary 1-hydroxy-pyrene concentration showed a trend of top-firing> furnace-side> bottom> control group with significant correlation with external exposure (r = 0.727, P <0.001) The level of IgE in coke oven workers was significantly lower than that in non-exposed groups (P <0.001), and the level of IgE in coke oven workers was slightly higher than that in non-exposed groups (P = 0.001) Blood tests showed that the white blood cell count and hemoglobin content of coke oven workers were significantly higher than those of non-exposed group (P <0.05). Conclusion Coke oven fugitives can cause cellular immunity and humoral immunity changes in workers.
