2012年11月17日,由中华全国新闻工作者协会与北京市委宣传部主办,以学习贯彻十八大精神、深入践行“走转改”活动为主题的“行走在路上——基层媒体践行‘走转改’”论坛在北京举行。来自学界、业界的专家学者分别从不同角度,就大兴广电和千龙新闻网联合开展的“新区边缘行”“春雨行动”等“走转改”系列活动以及“利用手机进行电视直播”、“零距离演播室”等大兴广电在电视技术和传播模式上的创新成果进行了交流研讨,对大兴广电利用战役性活动带动、利用常态化制度保障来推动“走转改”深入的做法作了理论总结。
