中国的企业管理培训,从党的十一届三中全会到党的十五届四中全会,经历了从无到有,从小到大,从不自觉到比较自觉,从不规范到相对规范的20年,有力地支持了企业改革和市场经济体制的建立。然而,随着知识经济、网络时代的到来,随着市场经济体制的日益完善和 WTO 的临近,新形势对企业管理培训提出了全新的要求。面对数量众多,而且愈加庞大的企业管理者队伍,面对如此旺盛的培训需求,而且愈加多元化的市场资源,如何对企业管理培训进行质的变革,如何推进企业管理培训的产业化、市场化进程,是当前企业管理培训工作面临的新课题。为此,本刊特邀部分培训院校、培训中心负责人就此发表自己的意见。
