以ＤＲＡＭ控制器的设计为例，介绍了在系统可编程技术。基于美国Ｌａｔｉｃｅ半导体公司的ｉｓｐＬＳＩ器件，提出了ＤＲＡＭ控制器的设计方法，并利用ＩＳＰＳｙｎａｒｉｏＳｙｓ－ｔｅｍ软件对系统进行了仿真。
Taking the design of DRAM controller as an example, we introduced in-system programmable technology. Based on the ispLSI device from Latice Semiconductor Company, the design method of DRAM controller is proposed and the system is simulated by using ISPSynarioSys-tem software.
