新疆意识形态关系到新疆的稳定和发展,关系到国家的长治久安。当前新疆意识形态面临诸多挑战,如多元文化背景下马克思主义意识形态建设,西方敌对势力对新疆实施舆论战术,境内外“三股势力”对新疆意识形态的煽动,宗教极端势力的渗透以及经济落后造成人们思想观念上的疏漏等挑战,为此必须坚持马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位,防范西方敌对势力对新疆各民族思想上的分化,遏制“三股势力”在新疆滋生的土壤,依法加强宗教事务管理。此外,还应加强基层地区经济社会发展等。
