硫磺类材料,是以硫磺作胶结料,加入不同的填料、增韧剂,熬制成硫磺胶泥、砂浆及混凝土的总称。它具有良好的耐腐蚀性、快硬、高强、致密性好等特点,使用范围较广。在国家规范《建筑防腐蚀工程施工及验收规范》中,被列入耐腐蚀材料之一。十余年来,我公司在大型工程中使用硫磺类材料较多,范围也较广,积累了一定的经验。现将我们在试验和实践中遇到的问题,提出一些肤浅的看法,共同探讨。
Sulfur materials, sulfur is used as cementing material, adding different fillers, toughening agent, boil made of sulfur mortar, mortar and concrete collectively. It has good corrosion resistance, fast hardening, high strength, compactness and other characteristics, the use of a wider range. In the national norms “Construction Corrosion Engineering Construction and Acceptance Code,” was included in the corrosion-resistant materials. More than ten years, our company in the large-scale projects using more sulfur-based materials, the scope is also wider, has accumulated some experience. Now we encounter problems in the experiment and practice, put forward some superficial views to jointly explore.
