2005年1月5日,农业部以第46号令公布了新修订的《水产苗种管理办法》,2005年4月1日在全国范围内正式实施。为了做好新的《水产苗种管理办法》的宣传和贯彻工作,推动我省水产苗种管理体系的建立与完善,现把《水产苗种管理办法》以答疑形式介绍给读者。
On January 5, 2005, the Ministry of Agriculture promulgated the newly revised Aquatic Frying Seed Management Measures by Order No. 46, which was officially implemented on April 1, 2005 nationwide. In order to do a good job of publicity and implementation of the new Aquatic Fungus Management Measures and to promote the establishment and improvement of the aquatic fingerling management system in our province, we hereby introduce the “Aquatic Frying Seed Management Measures” to readers through answering questions.
