以长白落叶松采穗圆和扦插床的稳条为材料.应用间接酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)测定法。研究采穗母树在不同发育时期、插条在生根过程中的内源激素变化。结果表明:长白落叶松采穗母树和插条在不同时期的内源激素含量均有显著差异.插穗自扦插后GA4的含量显著增加.IPA的含量也高于对照;ABA的含量没有增加,反而有所下降。GA4、IPA在插条的愈伤组织形成及不定根产生过程中起促进作用。采穗母树的内源激素变化与插条的内源激素变化相反。根据采稳母树各生长期的激素变化及其它条件.可以确定最佳采穗期为7月初。
