在开展“工业学大庆”的运动中,建阳化工厂针对采脂生产中用毛竹做受脂器每年消耗大量毛竹的情况,发扬敢想敢干的革命精神,对受脂器进行大胆改革,采用塑料薄膜代替毛竹作受脂器。经过一年的实践证明,推广使用很有价值,深受脂农欢迎,为采脂生产解决了缺毛竹的困难。这样,既有利于松脂生产,又保护了毛竹资源。塑料薄膜作受脂器有如下优点: 1.提高松脂质量。一般杂物不易丢入,即使丢入袋内,在修沟或收脂时可随手拣掉,并容易把排挤在旁边的水倒干净。竹筒受脂,硬脂沉底,水在中间,油精浮面,收脂时要用油刀搅动,水份搅混在脂中。据分析塑料袋装松脂含水率比竹筒受脂器少0.2-0.4%。
