痛风为嘌呤代谢紊乱和(或)尿酸排泄障碍所致血尿酸增高的一组异质性疾病,其临床特点是高尿酸血症和尿酸盐结晶沉积所致的急慢性关节炎反复发作,可引起慢性间质性肾炎和肾尿酸结石。随着人民群众生活水平不断提高,高嘌呤饮食、饮酒等饮食结构的改变,使痛风性关节炎发病率有逐年增加趋势。同时,痛风性关节炎临床多变的特点极易造成误诊、误治。2006年1月-2009年12月,我们回顾了我院内分泌科收治的痛风性关节炎106例,总结了其临床特点及误
