目前是传统IPC+PLC或是HMI+ PLC之架构的人工贴标及包装扫描统计的系统的单机生产动作,每一段制程都需要三班作业人员来操作,且透过人工来做每一个生产站的执行,将生产系统的最后一段环节以人工手动方式作生产包装测试,其效率相当有限,且在生产过程中会发生撞伤PC板或电子产品造成外观破损的疑虑。采用全自动计算机控制系统,将贴标和包装、扫描等工作一体化进行,既可以提升效率并可实现柔性生产系统。
