Hymecromone(Cantabiline,Himecol,Mendiaxon,Crodimon)(?) 本品为白色棱形或针状结晶,无臭无味。在水中不溶,在乙醇中微溶,在丙酮、甲醇中略溶,在强碱中易溶。熔点为188～192℃。本品为一新的利胆药,对消化道平滑肌尤其对胆道的俄狄氏括约肌有强力镇痉作用,且具有强于阿托品的镇痛作用,能缓慢地促进胆汁的持续分泌,使胆汁能顺利地流通。本品具有利胆作用明显、疗效确切、毒性低、合成工艺简便等优点。日本、意大利、西德、比利时、法国等已有商品上市。国内也已由广州市医药工业研究所研制成功,并于1983年通过鉴定。
