为更系统地实施竞技体育产业化经营提供可操作性的理论 ,采用文献资料法、调查法对我国竞技体育产业化经营的若干理论进行探讨 ,并提出了营造政府支撑环境和高水平竞技体育俱乐部的组建与产业经营开发的两大可操作性的措施。
