发展林产工业,必须有充足的原料作后盾。素称为“肚倍之乡”的竹山县,在中国林科院林化所的帮助下,建成了一座年耗1000吨肚倍原料的林化厂。预计1988年该厂产值将达到1900万元以上,实现利税300—400万元,对一个山区县来说,确属经济支柱之一,形势喜人。但工厂机器一转动,必须保证原料的供应,该县1987年仅收购肚倍90余吨,远不能满足生产需要,迅速建立肚倍基地林乃是生产所需,山区脱贫之急。本文从肚倍基地林布局等方面进行了可性行论证,文章论点明确,分析深透,对发展其他原料基地林建设,定有很大的参考价值。
To develop forest products industry, there must be sufficient raw materials for backing. Known as the “belly of the township” of Zhushan County, with the help of the Chinese Academy of Forestry Lin, built a annual consumption of 1,000 tons Belt raw materials of the forest plant. It is estimated that the output value of this plant will reach 19 million yuan in 1988 and the profit and tax will reach 3 million to 4 million yuan. This is indeed a grave economic situation for a mountain county. However, as soon as the factory machines were rotated, the supply of raw materials had to be guaranteed. In 1987, the county acquired only belly over 90 tons, which far could not meet production needs. This paper demonstrates the feasibility of feasibility study from the perspective of Beliefs basement forest layout. The article clearly points out the deep analysis and provides a great reference value for the development of other raw material forest.
