格奥尔基·尼基契奇·鲁缅采夫1903年3月21日出生于特维尔省喀申县瓦楚格瓦村一个农民家庭,1966年去世。1911年,他随全家迁往彼得堡,同年入学,1921年中学毕业。中学毕业后考入民用工程学院,读到二年级时因不爱好机械而中途辍学。1926年,他考入苏联中央执行委员会直属列宁格勒东方学院蒙古系,由此决定了他一生的道路。后来转入列宁格勒国立大学历史语言系东方专业蒙古专科。
Georgi Nikititch Rumyantsev was born on March 21, 1903 in a peasant family in Vaschwagawa, Kashin County, Tver province, and died in 1966. In 1911, he moved to Petersburg with his family and entered the same year, graduating in high school in 1921. After graduating from high school admitted to the Civil Engineering Institute, read the second grade due to not loving machinery and dropped out halfway. In 1926, he admitted to the Soviet Central Committee of the Executive Directorate of Leningrad Oriental School Mongolia Department, which determines his life’s road. He later transferred to Leningrad State University Department of History and Philology Oriental specialist Mongolian specialist.
