近几年来,随着我国社会经济的不断发展,建筑行业也得到了很大的发展。受到市场经济的影响,建筑业的市场竞争也越来越激烈,其内部的资金管理问题也不断凸显,给施工企业的发展带来很多阻碍。加强对施工企业的资金管理可以有效的安排资金的流通,使整个工程更好的实施,为施工企业带来更多的经济利益。本文首先分析了施工企业资金管理的现状及问题,然后针对这些问题提出了相应的建议。
In recent years, with the continuous development of our country’s social economy, the construction industry has also been greatly developed. Due to the influence of the market economy, the market competition in the construction industry is also becoming more and more fierce. The internal fund management problems have also been constantly highlighted, which has brought many obstacles to the development of construction enterprises. Strengthening the fund management of construction enterprises can effectively arrange the circulation of funds so that the entire project can be better implemented and bring more economic benefits to the construction enterprises. This paper first analyzes the status quo and problems of construction enterprises’ fund management, and then puts forward corresponding suggestions for these problems.
