本文根据对外贸易行业的运营特征,建立了关于外贸企业总成本的阻滞增长模型;通过运用该模型对各种经营规模下外贸企业的总流通成本与边际成本的分析,提出了成本屏障的概念,得出了次优及最优的外贸经营模式;并用该模型对我国外贸行业现状作深入分析,提出了重建我国规范外贸代理制度的必要性及重要性;试图对外贸代理制在我国的推广及优化给出政策性的建议。
