对淋巴瘤样丘疹病1例分析如下。1病历摘要男,74岁。因全身皮肤丘疹、结节、结痂1个月余于2008-12-12T 09:00入院。患者1个月前无明显诱因右腰皮肤出现1个约甲盖大小红色丘疹,2~3 d内增大至核桃大小,中央坏死、结黑色痂皮,局部无痛痒等自觉症状,皮损成批出现渐波及全身,无发热等
